Bosworth’s entrepreneurial journey began with humble roots. As a teenager, she balanced multiple part-time jobs, unknowingly building the resilience and discipline that would later define her career. Rising through the ranks in retail and hospitality, she became head of food and beverage for a UK holiday business. But the toll of long hours and family challenges made her question her purpose.
A turning point came when she sought guidance from a life coach, igniting her passion for helping others navigate personal and professional transitions. Trained as a Personal Performance Life Coach, Bosworth launched her coaching venture in the UK with minimal investment—a laptop and a phone—at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The pandemic underscored the power of digital connections,” Bosworth explained. By leveraging social media, networking, and word-of-mouth referrals, she quickly built a steady client base. The business became profitable in its first year, allowing her to invest in upskilling and expansion.
In 2023, Bosworth relocated her business to Dubai, registering her company and obtaining the necessary trade license and visa. Despite Dubai’s competitive coaching landscape, she strategically invested in PR, local networking, and expert guidance to carve out her niche.
Her service-based business combines one-on-one coaching with a newly launched online community for budding entrepreneurs. With financial discipline at its core, Bosworth emphasizes the importance of knowing one’s numbers and managing costs effectively.
By staying open to experimentation and maintaining a sharp focus on profit and loss management, Bosworth has driven consistent business growth.
Looking ahead, Bosworth plans to expand her offerings in Dubai, hosting retreats and in-person activities while limiting premium one-on-one coaching to 15 clients. Her online community will continue to provide accessible resources for women embarking on their entrepreneurial journeys.
