Known for its luxury high-rises and oceanfront glamour, Balneário Camboriú already boasts three of the continent’s five tallest buildings, according to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). Among them, the Yachthouse Towers, designed by Italian firm Pininfarina, currently stand at 294 meters (964 feet), making them Brazil’s tallest buildings.
However, the city’s architectural ambitions don’t stop there. The upcoming One Tower will reach a staggering 365 meters (1,197 feet), surpassing all other residential skyscrapers worldwide. Adding to the city’s vertical dominance, authorities have also approved plans for the Triumph Tower, set to soar 544 meters (1,785 feet)—a project that would further cement Balneário Camboriú as a global skyscraper hub.
Nestled along Brazil’s Santa Catarina coast, the city has evolved into a playground for the elite, with its glitzy skyline, high-end residences, and oceanfront allure drawing comparisons to Dubai’s towering metropolis.
